ALLDUNE SPECIALTY INSPECTIONS

Sewer Scope Inspection with ALLDUNE Inspection Services

During a Sewer Scope Inspection, our inspector will:

  • Use a fiber optic camera to enter the sewer line
  • Check the condition of the pipes
  • Identify any deficiencies in the line

After the inspection, you will receive a written report and video documenting our findings. This report and video can help establish what repairs need to be made and can be useful to a licensed sewer/plumbing contractor for locating and correcting any issues.

Trust ALLDUNE Inspection Services to provide a thorough sewer scope inspection, ensuring the integrity of your sewer lines and helping you make informed decisions about your property.

Structural Pest Inspection with ALLDUNE

Our Structural Pest Inspection will:

  • Determine the presence of any wood-destroying pests
  • Identify conducive conditions
  • Provide suggestions for appropriate preventative action

We have designed our Structural Pest Inspection to be thorough and comprehensive. Our inspectors will check for signs of active infestations and offer guidance on mitigating conducive conditions. If a structural pest is found, our inspector will provide recommendations for control and remediation.

Pool and Spa Inspections with ALLDUNE

Repairing/replacing a pool or spa can be expensive.  If the home you are buying or selling has one of these features, it is highly advised that your pool and spa inspection include these elements.  While most pool and spa inspection companies only focus on the equipment, our detailed inspection will cover the following components:

  • Interior finish materials
  • Decks, steps, and coping
  • Pumps, motors, blowers, skimmers, filters, drains, heaters (including describing the energy source), automatic safety controls, gauges, visible piping, and valves
  • Cleaning system
  • The water supply system to ensure there are no cross connections
  • External bonding of the pump motors, blowers, heaters, and other equipment
  • Operation of underwater lighting, ground fault circuit interrupters, conduit, visible electrical components, and timer assemblies
  • Diving boards, slides, handrails, and ladders
  • The presence or absence of child-safe barriers

Pools and spas should provide comfort and enjoyment, so inspect them before buying or selling!
