INSPECTOR BIO

Having grown up in Port Townsend WA. in the beautiful Puget Sound, it was important for me to raise my family here as well sharing a similar experience with my wife  and our two children. 

Alldune Inspections was created to provide space and time for being a Dad and Husband and member of my community.   We are building out a small farm in Chimacum Wa. and enjoy our time outdoors as much as possible raising our livestock and chickens, spending time with our dogs, camping, paddleboarding, and cycling. 

Christopher a 12 year General Contractor  obtained his B1 LIc. in addition to C1 Concrete and C21 HVAC (Heating and Air Conditioning) trade Licenses in California, as well as ACI Concrete Feild Certification-

Originally with an emphasis on interior design and remodeling Christopher partnered with Lowes Home Centers as their General Contractor in top locations, operating throughout Southern California. Developing standards and good practice in the development of LOWES PSI Remodeling Programs in Mid City LA, Aliso Viejo, and Irvine working with teams of Interior Designers creating the top production teams in North America Lowes Home Centers( US /CANADA)

 Christopher gravitated toward Commerical construction working with the US Army at Ft. Irwin CA., home of the National Training Center. 

My passion for Building Science and Project Managment led me to gas station construction. Leading commercial projects that included car wash tunnels, gas station fuel system tank removal and installation, as well as stations, and restaurant commercial spaces. 

ALLDUNE we believe that home inspections need to be providing a good education to ensure a home buyer and seller is aware of potential issues that can be prevented as well as areas of consideration for improvements in the future.

 Christopher is dedicated to providing as much time as necessary to ensuring our clients fully understand the reports as well as sharing any recommendations onsite at the time of inspection to alleviate concerns. Our objective as a company and where we have excelled is our emphasis on reliable, consistent, quality services. Quality communication at the time of inspection is key for clients. We believe the more information our clients have allows them to focus their energy and attention on their decision-making process.
