Christopher Hammad  

My first passion is my family and being a father and husband and member of our community Port Townsend, and our farm in Chimacum WA. 

My second passion has always been construction and building science. My experience began in residential construction eventually operating a contractor program through Lowes Home Centers throughout Southern California. This provided me with hundreds of remodels and valuable experience communicating and managing projects for clients.  

I eventually grew into commercial construction and project management through the New School of Architecture and Design San Diego. I developed a desire for large scale projects building commercial spaces and gas stations. 

I developed ALLDUNE Inspections to bridge the gap for clients creating a consultant-type expert quality inspection service. My goal is creating a value oriented, reliable, and consistent product for brokers, realtors and home buyers that reduces their transaction costs and timeframes during an escrow process.

 My emphasis is quality over quantity. I am the one who answers to phone, provides the inspections and reports and is available for my clients for all questions throughout their process. I do not hire other inspectors and personally protect the quality of each project I do. 

As the company develops, I am always pursuing improvements in my expertise and certifications allowing me to discuss in further detail then other inspectors are generally allowed to. My emphasis is on issues that are critically important to our area and home buyers.

With my construction experience and advanced certificates through IICRC for water damage and remediation, as well as mold and air quality testing with knowledgeable backing not just lab testing has created a unique unbeatable product for my client. I give answers when others give referrals.
